This is happening.

This is happening.

So, the pilot light on our water heater is out.

And this was discovered at approximately 7 AM.

And since it is winter in Chicago, the idea of taking a freezing cold shower only to go outside into the freezing cold air is just unacceptable.

So, I didn’t shower. Which would be okay, except for that my hair is super straight and if I don’t shower for a day it is a ball of grease.

I know they (they=magazines, people with curly hair) say to skip a day between shampooing, but I can’t seem to do that.

Do you have straight hair? Can you do that? Can you tell how to do this magic?

thisshouldbenmp answered: We have similar hair. I have to wash it every day, too. Ponytail? Dry shampoo?
elle-oh-elle answered: You do have to train it. Also, Suave dry shampoo.
missallytn answered: OKAY, my hair couldn’t handle this until I had surgery and had tubes hanging out me and couldn’t shower. It is true you have to ‘train’ hair.
